Maralla struck a deal with National, who found the Duets to be unreliable and underperforming, to provide tires for their [[Formula Lego: Season 09|Season 9]] cars. They also struck a deal with [[Fire FL|Fire F1]] to provide their tires for their Debut Car, in Season 9. After [[Kira Sanchez]]' death, in part due to tire failure, the EotLP GP Commission added regulations for standardized tires, for the safety of the Drivers, as well as to level the playing field.
