Although he wasn't the [[Technical Officer (Formula Lego)|Lead Engineer]] for the team (As [[Michael Osborne]] and [[Kai Octan]] were, for the first 10 seasons of their respective teams), he maintained an active presence within Quantos, and personally helping with the development and production of many parts for Quantos cars.

His vision for Quantos was to develop a car that was good enough to show off drivers. Tomo never intended or expected to win [[Constructor's Title|Titles]], but he wanted his team to act as a funnel for young, talented Cklserolvan drivers, to get them into the Formula Lego world. [[Aleks Rosya|Aleksandar Rosya]] was his first success story, when he dominated over his teammates in Quantos' debut season, and was bought out by [[National FL|National]] to drive with them for the [[Formula Lego: Season 11|254 Season]], where he won the [[Driver's Title]].
