Zarya Ithaïs Ilic is a Cklserolvan Formula Lego Racing Driver, who has competed for Quantos, Windsor, Dragon during her career.

Ilic was signed by Oscar Windsor on a 3 year contract, with a +2 clause activatable by mutual consent between her and the team.

Dragon (S14)
Following Windsor's brush with Insolvency, and their lack of financing for Season 14, Oscar Windsor opted to not make a team entry for Season 14. However, given that Ilic still had a year (and a plus 2 clause available) on her contract, he agreed to assist her in finding a drive for Season 14. Dragon FL, which had begun to use Windsor's engines with their entrance to the sport the previous season, pursued Ilic, and she, Windsor, and Dragon management came to an agreement regarding Season 14. Ilic agreed to race for Dragon "on Loan" from Windsor for the final year of her contract, even though the future of the Windsor was unclear. In exchange, Dragon covered her agreed salary (4 Million K), which lowered financial pressure on Windsor, and paid an additional sum of 1 Million K to Windsor and Ilic each.
Return to Windsor (S15 - )
Contract Negotiations and Choice to return to Windsor
As rumours of Windsor's return to FL began to circulate close to the centre of Season 14, all eyes were on Ilic to see whether or not she had confidence in the team. She had known about the re-entry for months, and had been in talks with Windsor, assessing the team and its future stability, as well as weighing other options. Dragon was very open about being happy to put her onto a full, proper contract for Season 15 and beyond, Fire representatives had hinted that they would be interested in her for Season 15, Octan and Spalding had openly courted her (although neither could explicitly offer her a better car, considering their S14 pace), and the lower teams would be thrilled to have her if she'd consider them. The pace of the Dragon was considered by Dragon & Windsor technical staff to be largely attributed to the Windsor PU, leaving Season 15 pace between the team likely to be decided based on Aero & Operational prowess. Ilic felt as though she had meshed better with the Windsor Operations & Team, and began discussions with Windsor. Contract Negotiations finally settled on activating her +2 clause, and adding bonus compensation of 1.5 Million K per year, sourced from various benefactors and financial backers. Aventador Bank also offered her a massive, 2-year sponsorship deal (which had not been included in her original contract) totalling another 1.5 million K. When Ilic finally put ink to paper and signed the contract addendums, she agreed to a total compensation of 7 Million K per year for the next two years, making her one of the highest-paid FL drivers of all time. When Oscar Windsor announced his team's return at Season 14 Race 8, he was careful to word the announcement of Ilic's return as Windsor operating on its +2 option, and Ilic agreeing, so as to not spoil team dynamics at Dragon.
