Lakal Football is a Professional Football Club competing in the Rennian Cardinal Football League (RCFL). They previously competed in the Cagne Duchy Professional Football League (CDPFL), where they won three league titles, in 219, 220, and 235. Following the Rennian Invasion and Conquest of the Cagne Duchy, the sinking ship that was the CDPFL began to completely implode. With the dissolution of the CDPFL after the 238 season, Lakal (who had finished second in the regular season) and KF Cagne City joined the ECFL.
Lakal's Crosstown Rivals are Royal Gunners FC, another former CDPFL team, who moved to compete in the Rennian AFC for 239 onwards.
