Rennia is the Capital City of the United Commonwealth Republic of Rennia, and was the capital of its predecessor state (the Empire of the Lego Plains) from 239 onwards.

Emperor's Island sits in the River, it is roughly 6 km at its longest and 4km at its widest.
The Emperor's Palace Complex, now the Tetrarch's Complex sits on the Island
The Meblat (Legislature) sits on Emperor's Island.
Rennia Imperators' Stadium is on Emperor's Island
Povysa
Povysa was a town of ~10k before the Invasion, making it the largest town in the Interior (non-Cagne) EotLP Territory
Povysan residents were given special status, and given control of their town, in a region up to 2.5k from the River's coast. they were granted special autonomy and rights within the Metro Rennia Government
