Confederation of Balkavanian Football
The Confederation of Balkavanian Football (COBAFO) is the governing body over Association Football across the Balkavanian Continent. It governs international competitions at both the Club and International Level, as well as providing standard rule-sets that govern the sport at domestic levels.
One of the primary ways that COBAFO exercises its power over domestic football is by being the only source of legitimacy to domestic football federations.
It is a member of the International Confederation of Association Football (ICAF), which governs football across the entirety of Eldarfellsk.
