The President of the Rennian Republic is elected Directly by the People of Rennia in elections every 15 years.

In order to be eligible to stand for election as President, a candidate must be over 30 years of age, must never have previously served as Rennian President, and must have previously served in one of the following positions

  • Chairperson of the Advisorate
  • Lieutenant-Governor of a Rennian Province
  • Rennian National or Provincial Supreme Court Judge
