Arazske was elected as Prime Minister of the Meblat on the Second Ballot of the First Meblat (Rex I) after carefully building a personal support from a broad set of sources. She had originally supported Stanford Natinus on the First Ballot, but after he failed to reach the 20% support minimum, she continued to build a party. Formation of the first Administration was dominated by fundamental questions over the direction and definition of Rennian Government, Distribution of Power, etc., especially provincial v. national poewrs. Arazske formed a unified coalition made up of a respectably broad set of regions, backgrounds, etc. However, she refused to temper many of her views to gain support, leaving her in a Minority Government Position (with 177 members in the first Meblat, a majority required 88 seats, and Kastortast Vinna - Prosperous Path (the name of Arazske's built Party) initially was made up of just 51 members (those who had supported her on the ballot to become PM).
