George Sainz

George Robert Sainz is a former Formula Lego Driver, who drove with Osborne for their first three seasons.

He raced with Osborne under the number 5-5

Early Life

Similar to most Formula Lego drivers, George was born in the EotLP, and moved during the Smelly Cabbage Incident. He joined a local derby club in Rennia, winning the cup by 7 points from Charly Bottas. He was approached by Michael Osborne with an offer of a test drive for his Formula Lego Team, which he eagerly accepted. The top six drivers from that event were hired, and George finished 6^th, barely making the cut for the team.

Osborne Tenure

George had worked out a two-year contract with Michael Osborne, which was good for him, since he finished 28^th overall in Season 1. His highest finishing position was 21^st, in the final race. Despite this terrible performance, Osborne had already agreed to keep him on for another season.

Season 2 proved Sainz's best year. He scoredas high as 11^th, in Race 3, and finished 17^th overall, finishing ahead of Hannah Stroll and Denise Perez Michael Osborne decided to keep him around for at least another season, and extended him another contract, for a year.

Season 3 ended up being Sainz's last year in Formula Lego, as he once again failed to score even a single point, coming a highest of 18^th in Race 3. After disappointing once more, Osborne decided not to renew his contract, and he left Formula Lego.

Life after Formula Lego

George returned to school after his career had ended, and obtained a degree in culinary arts. He went on to work at a critically acclaimed restaurant in Rennia, and later returned to the Formula Lego world as the official Quantos Catering Chief from Season 10.
