Nikolas Mezis Cagne II

Duke Nikolas Mezis Cagne II (born Nikolas aalsjdlkjsdlk) was a Duke of the Cagne Duchy, and the first Noble of the EotLP. He signed the treaty giving over suzerainty of the Cagne Duchy to the EotLP, effectively ending Cagne Island's independence as a nation.
