Rewill Torra

Rewill Gylas Torra was a Captain in the Imperial Armed forces of the EotLP, who defected to support Ak Etkia on Cagne Island during the Etkian Coup in 247. Stylizing himself as "Commander Torra" he became one of the most violent of the Etkian Warlords, brutally killing many captured soldiers, officers, and civilians, and ordering the torture of many more. He was executed after the coup, having been found guilty of high treason, mass murder, violation of fundamental freedoms, desertion, extra-judicial military killing, and several other crimes.
