The Cagnoy Sparrows Football Club (Originally Octan Football Club) is a Football participating in the Rennian Cardinal Football League (RCFL).
The team is Headquartered and plays its home matches in Cagnoy Province. It entered the ECFL (later RCFL) by purchasing the playing license of the now-defunct Spalke River Riders (Football Team). They would later purchase the commercial rights to the River Riders' Name and Logo, which would eventually be re-purposed into their new identity as the Cagnoy River Riders.

The team is owned by Lilian Energies Inc. Before the Kai Octan - Lilian Octan Schism, they were personally owned by Kai Octan.
