Pezca was appointed as the 5th Governor of Cagne Island by Emperor Mikael Cagne in 264, having been recognized by her fellow Cagnian as a veritably popular Character amongst the Cagnian Population, and a capable Day-to-Day Leader. As calls grew for Democracy under the Cagne Reign, Pezca maintained strategic silence, but sabotaged anti-protestor and anti-democracy measures from the Imperial Government. After the 270 Coup, she voiced support for the Rex Cabinet

Pezca was among 5 Candidates nominated by President Tiberius Rex to run in the first Gubernatorial-General Election, despite not meeting the qualifications set out in Document 6, by invoking Document 12 (Transitional Government) to candidates who did not meet requirements due to the fact that there were no persons who qualified to run for Governor-General under Document 6. In the First Round of Voting, She finished second (with 8 Provinces Votes), mostly among former Cagnian Regions.
