Rennian Regions

After the Smelly Cabbage Incident, and the subsequent Balkavanian Resettlement of the EotLP, Emperor Ren officially retained the provincial boundaries set in place by the Cagne Duchy over its former territory, but did not set up new Provincial boundaries for the area the EotLP conquered until more than a year later, once people had begun to properly settle in, and population, industrial, and agricultural trends became more visible. It was organised into 30 regions, and 3 special administration districts.

After the 270 Coup and the ensuing Constitutional Reform, the Province of Cagne Island was split into Cagne Proper, Cagne Rural, and Lakal. In addition, all 3 Special Administration Districts were eradicated, and the Provinces of North & South Rennian Krjstendodjl were formed out of the Rennian Post-War Krjstendodi Colony, bringing the Rennian Republic to a new total of 34 Provinces.

Formerly part of Cagne Duchy, The Octan Special Administrative District was carved out of this Province. Home of Octan FC.

Mieres

Formerly part of Cagne Duchy.

Pigne

Formerly part of Cagne Duchy, The Osborne Special Administrative District was carved out of this Province. Largely Agricultural.

Formerly Cklserolva. Urban Area formerly surrounding RCSAD.

Semi-Autonomous Regions

Although all regions were guaranteed the same rights under the 272 Defining Documents, The Board of Democratic Transition stipulated that two areas - Qaret & Cagne Island - would be given slightly more autonomy than the other 30 regions, as a recognition of their unique cultural situation.

Formerly Kibylj. New homeland of the Sinitolian People. Although officially known as Qaret, also called New Sinitola. None of the Autonomous Powers the SFS formerly possessed. Home of Qaret FC.
