Technical Officer (Formula Lego)

The Technical Officer, Lead Engineer, or Technical Chief is the Lead of the Technical side of a team, often assisting in designing Chasses or Engines. They head up the entire technical side of teams, most places, usually including Mechanics and trackside maintenance, repairs, and tuning. They usually work under or alongside the Team Manager, who runs the personnel, organization, strategy, and non-directly technical aspects of running a team.
