Team Manager (Formula Lego)

The Team Manager runs the non-technical side of a team, usually involving Personnel, Strategy, Race Management, Organization, and other aspects of non-technical racing. They effectively run of the team in most situations, and are often the head of the race team, except in a few situations, most notably early-season Osborne, and Octan, as well as Windsor's early days, where the Owner of the team also ran the Technical side of the team. However, even in those situations, their TMs were left to run things to the best of their abilities most of the time.
