Arthur Conneigh Applied Engineering Formula Lego Racing Team, more commonly called "ACAE" first entered during Season 12. Run directly by Arthur Conneigh, the team that bore his name was a subdivision of Arthur Conneigh Applied Engineering. The parent company was one of the largest engineering firms in the Balkavanians, and had produced several major components for Formula Lego Teams in the Past, most notably the Sparker & Starting Components for Octan from Season 8 onwards, and the Heat Energy Recovery Systems for Octan from Season 11.

Running as a works team, ACAE produced their own Sparkers and Ignition Systems, Engines, HERS, and Chasses.

Although Mr. Conneigh played an active role in the team, he passed on the role of Technical Officer to his Right-hand woman, Rose Cote, and the role of Team Manager to a former Octan TM, Emil Ayers.

Season 12

ACAE's Debut season saw them make a fairly solid mid-field team, placing 7th out of 10 teams, beating out fellow debuts Erit Victor and Tikam, as well as long-time team Osborne, who withdrew from the sport after Race 10. Their Highest Finish, a P9, was achieved by Aca Larsen at the Season Finale. Although they placed solidly during Season 12, both Mr. Conneigh & Mrs. Cote felt that there was significant space to be made up to the teams around them: they had outscored 8th placed Erit Victor by 11 points, and still had a gap of 9 points to the 7th place team Quantos. They were also not the only team to think this was the case during Season 12; Angel finished 4th overall, with 24 points, and maintained a gap of 14 points to 5th, but also was 34 points behind 3rd placed Fire. Conneigh and Cote both were very vocal about their intentions to race closer to the competition during the next season.
